Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of thearsenalzone.com and any order you place through it. The shop is operated by Infinite Gaming Respawn ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Products and condition
We sell single trading cards and sealed product. Every card listed is a real card physically in our possession — we do not list what we do not have.
Cards are Near Mint unless the listing says otherwise. We treat Near Mint as a card with no more than one or two minor defects; in practice most look pack-fresh. Graded terms like Lightly Played, Moderately Played and Heavily Played are noted on the listing where they apply. Card images are usually stock images of the printing, not the exact copy you receive, unless the listing carries its own photograph.
Screens vary, so exact colour and finish may look slightly different in person. If you want extra photographs of a specific card before buying, email us and we will send them.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is taken by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices track market rates and can change at any time before you order. The price you pay is the one shown when your order is placed.
- North Carolina sales tax is added where applicable, based on the shipping state you select at checkout.
- Shipping is a flat $9.99, free on orders of $100 or more before tax.
Stock and order acceptance
Almost every single is a one-of-a-kind listing, so stock genuinely runs out. Adding a card to your cart does not reserve it. When you begin checkout we hold your items for 20 minutes so someone else cannot buy them out from under you mid-payment; if you do not complete payment in that window the hold lapses and the cards go back on sale.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If something is unavailable, mispriced through obvious error, or we cannot fulfil for another reason, we may cancel and refund in full — we will email you if that happens.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment. Everything is packed securely and every order is tracked regardless of value. Full detail is on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us — please check it before paying, since the address comes from your PayPal account.
Returns
Returns are generally not accepted, because condition is the product. The exception is a card that arrives damaged or materially different from its description. Email support@thearsenalzone.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph, and we will make it right — normally a refund or replacement.
If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier.
Discount codes
Codes may carry a minimum spend, an expiry date, or a usage limit, and can be withdrawn at any time. One code per order. They have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access. You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently or to abuse the shop.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site beyond ordinary browsing;
- attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- place orders you do not intend to pay for, or use payment methods that are not yours.
Intellectual property
Flesh and Blood is a trademark of Legend Story Studios. This shop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Legend Story Studios. Card names, images and text are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we sell. The layout, wording and design of this site are ours.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including individual listings, at any time.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including the speculative future value of a card.
Cards are collectibles. Their value goes down as well as up, and nothing on this site is investment advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving North Carolina, and both of us submit to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, so changes are not retrospective.
